Ocean Universal: Westcourt Dive Shop

Ocean Universal is a dive shop in Westcourt, Cairns, Queensland. They sell spearfishing gear, scuba diving equipment, and freediving gear.

It used to recommended reading trade as Spearfishing Superstore. They changed the name because the range grew beyond spearfishing alone. Spearfishing is still central to what they sell, but they now sells scuba regulators, BCDs, dive computers, freediving fins, wetsuits, stinger suits, masks, and snorkelling gear.

The staff have been in the game for more than 25 years. Gear is picked for warm water use, so it holds up on the Great Barrier Reef and Cairns dive sites.
